His leadership style blends creativity, discipline, and hands-on involvement. Naeem oversees all creative and operational functions—from script development and production strategy to international partnerships. He is known for inspiring young filmmakers and encouraging bold, high-impact ideas.

Naeem has written and produced various films including Maya-the Truth, Insaniyat, and Over the Target. His upcoming feature films as writer and producer are Double Siyapa and Bhootin.
